Midlothian update, Doors open on September 4th for workouts! Come tour the facility all week long.

AFF’s new Midlothian location at Woolridge Road and Midlothian Turnpike is having tours August 29th through September 3rd, from 9 am to 9 pm. Check out the new club as we put on the finishing touches.  Children are very welcome.

September 4th at 7:00 am we open our doors for the first workouts in the new building!  Come join in the madness!
