Kids Boot Camp

Group Training located at Deep Run Park in the West End. 4 weeks starting July 13th, Tuesdays and Thursdays 9am-10am.

Come to the West End’s quarterly shopping bazaar and launch on Saturday, July 24, to help raise money for the Children’s Hospital.

Introducing the American Family Fitness – WE STARS program.
Starting July 1st, attending family friendly classes and junior activities will earn points towards monthly prizes!
Sorry mom and dad, prizes are for 9-13 year olds ONLY!
Top scorers each month will also have their picture displayed in the club!
