Our “Be Nourished” program is a new way to a new you! Please join us for weekly meetings that will provide everything you need to eat right and live healthy. This is a special program offered at American Family Fitness, WEST END.
American Family Fitness is pleased to offer two $1,000 scholarships and one $3,000 scholarship to graduating seniors from the counties of Chesterfield, Hanover, Henrico or Spotsylvania and the cities of Colonial Heights or Fredericksburg. To be eligible to apply, you must reside in one of these cities or counties and meet the following qualifications:
